Microsoft Word Add In For Contracts Doesn't Display Contract Add-in (Doc ID 2655445.1)

Symptoms

Implementing Procurement Contracts and are running into issues across many users related to the Microsoft Add In for editing the contracts. Receive a series of errors and need to click ok to these errors and then able to use word add in tool.

Steps:

Begin creating the contract and download

Open the contract (opens Word) but the plugin does not display.

After selecting the Enable Editing button we receive the following Visual Basic

Error: Run-time error '4248'

This command is not available because no document is open

After clicking End the file is available for editing and saving. However, the plugin is still not displayed.
Go and check the Add In settings in Word and see that the Add in is enabled.

Need to deselect the Add In then click OK. Then repeat the process to re-enable the add in before it shows.
