Behavior of response of getChangeOrder soap service on the following :

1. Is Affected Item EFF created always containing the data in the response payload ?
2. Is Structure - Component information contain in the payload ? It only shows newly added component in the payload ? How about existing component ?
3. In what condition, Reference Designator info will be added to the payload ?
4. Is AML information present in the payload ?
