Symptoms
Transfer order Shipment is stuck where an error is reported in the pending transaction UI. Edit and Record lot and serial numbers option is grayed out in pending transaction UI. The corresponding shipment number is in shipped.
Organization parameter:
Serial number generation:
Uniqueness=Unique within model and inventory items.
Organization item level:
Serial:
Generation=Entry at sales order,transfer order or work order issue.
Steps:
1. Create transfer order via minmax planning.
2. Pick and ship serial number which was shipped already and issue out of stores.
3. Transfer order shipment stuck with error in Manage pending transactions UI
