OTM-GTM Reporting Server Unavailable When Running Reports from the BI Publisher Server (Doc ID 2655961.1)

Symptoms

Users are unable to run a report directly from the OTM BI Publisher Server using Firefox as the browser.

This results is a blank screen being returned whenever Firefox is being used as the browser to run a report from the OTM BI Publisher server.

However, If Google Chrome or any other browser is used besides Firefox, the report can be run successfully from the OTM BI Publisher server with expected results.
