On : 11.13.19.10.0 version, Manage Benefits
When attempting to cancel employee work relationship
the following error occurs.
ERROR

BEN-991020You can''t delete this benefits relationship because there are potential life events associated with it.If you''re setting an end date for the benefits relationship, no potential life events should occur after the end date. If you''re permanently deleting the benefits relationship, there can''t be any potential life events at all.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Person management-> Mange work relationship ->Try to cancel the employee relationship
