Update to the displayName of a Country Via Admin REST API Is Not Being Reflected On Storefront (Doc ID 2656316.1)

Symptoms

The merchant has updated the displayName of a country via the updateCountryRegions Admin REST API endpoint e.g:


After the above action when invoking Admin getCountries endpoint or reviewing the ShippingMethod country options in OCC Admin, the change is reflected.

However, this change is NOT reflected on Storefront and no corresponding Publishable change is in the queue (this is expected for this type of change).
