Symptoms

GTM ITEM additional documents not appearing under admin user role.


EXAMPLE:
----------------

01. Log in as DOMAIN.USER (ADMIN role)
02. Switch the User Role to DOMAIN.CUSTOM_USER_ROLE
03. Open an ITEM > Actions > Documents > Upload documents.
04. The user is able to find the uploaded document on the documents tab.
05. Switch back to the ADMIN role, now not able to see the uploaded document on the documents tab.
