Symptoms

On : 11.13.20.01.0 version, Close Accounting Period-Close Ledgers

When attempting to open General Accounting Dashboard,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

An application error occurred. See the incident log for more information.

An application error has occurred. Your help desk can use the following information to obtain a more detailed description of this incident 29, Server Domain: FADomain, Server Instance: UIServer_1, Application Name: ORA_FSCM_UIAPP



STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Fusion Application
2. Navigate to General Accounting > General Accounting Dashboard
