Symptoms
When attempting to integrate Unifier with DocuSign for the first time, the following errors occurs.
ERROR
Alert: Failed to generate Token
Alert: URL is not accessible.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
- Set up DocuSign integration using the instruction in the Unifier documentation "Creating an Integrator App in a Demo DocuSign Site"
- Enter all the information obtained from the DocuSign site as recorded
- Click "Generate Token"
Received: Failed to generate Token - Selected the Activate radial button (without a token) and selected "OK"
Received: URL is not accessible
