DocuSign Initial Setup For Environment Results in Alerts: "Failed to generate Token" and "URL is not accessible" (Doc ID 2656938.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to integrate Unifier with DocuSign for the first time, the following errors occurs.

ERROR

Alert: Failed to generate Token
Alert: URL is not accessible.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

  1. Set up DocuSign integration using the instruction in the Unifier documentation "Creating an Integrator App in a Demo DocuSign Site"
  2. Enter all the information obtained from the DocuSign site as recorded
  3. Click "Generate Token"
    Received: Failed to generate Token
  4. Selected the Activate radial button (without a token) and selected "OK"
    Received: URL is not accessible
