Trade Programs Tables Do Not Collapse Properly On ITEM Manager Layout (Doc ID 2657383.1)

Symptoms

The Trade Program table, as well as the child Trade Program tables do not Collapse Properly on the Item Manager Layout.

This was reproducible in both Chrome and IE.

Due to this issue, the Users cannot un-collapse the Trade Program tables as expected on the Item Manager Layout.
