ME Close Stopper: Open Intercompany Transactions Exist (Doc ID 2657404.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Not able to close the period for Mar-20 due to open inter company transactions exist.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Should be able to close the period for Mar-20

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Open intercompany period Mar-20
2) Run process Transfer transactions to Receivables
3) Run process Transfer transactions to Payables
4) Check if transactions in Intercompany were available for sweeping --> which were not
5) Close ICO period Mar-20
6) Run Payables Period Exceptions Report --> error still appears

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot close march period .
