Cloud Apps: Integration App Import Stopped and Cannot be Enabled (Doc ID 2657711.1)

The Integration App has an import that has stopped running and it cannot be enabled (under Settings > Apps > Integration App > Configure > Imports > select desired Import > List > Enable is grayed out).
