Symptoms
When adding new credentials to the GoToWebinar app, a page is displayed with the following error message:
{"error":"invalid_request","error_description":"Required parameter(s) missing or wrong."}
This has occurred when:
- The GoToWebinar app has been installed in Eloqua
- A connected app has been created in GoToWebinar
- The Consumer Key and Consumer Secret from the GoToWebinar Developer app have been entered in the Eloqua GoToWebinar app
Changes
As of December 31, 2018, the GoToWebinar app requires a connect app to be configured in the GoToWebinar Developer app.
