How Does the New CSV UPLOAD CACHE REFRESH in Optional Features Work in OTM 20A? (Doc ID 2657945.1)

Goal

Customer wants to make use of the new CSV UPLOAD CACHE REFRESH in optional features however there is no documentation. As a User that has DBA.ADMIN User Role, go to Configuration and Administration / Property Management / Optional Features. The Results screen shows the list of optional features which include an option to refresh the cache on a CSV Upload. There is no associated documentation.
