Goal

Can a user access to ESS jobs(Seeded or Custom) or Job Sets without providing Employee role?

We have a requirement to restrict business users not to use "Schedule Process" (ESS Job submission) option as it give access to all jobs and leading to user mistakes.

We would like to create Job set with required ESS Jobs(Seeded and Custom) and want to give access only for those Job set. Want to understand is there any possibility to acheive this without providing "Employee" role to the user.
