Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Few transfer orders are not creating intercompany payable and receivable invoices. 

Ran 'Import AutoInvoice' and 'Import Payables Invoice' jobs with source as 'ORA_Supply Chain Financial Orchestration' and ''Supply Chain Financial Flow Orchestration' but invoice wasn't generated.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Intercompany payable and receivable invoices should be created for transfer order.

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Supply request will created for self service procurement and inventory from destination organization.
2. Transfer order will be picked/shipped from source organization.
3. Run Import AutoInvoice ESS with transaction source 'ORA_Supply Chain Financial Orchestration'.
4. Run Import Payables Invoice ESS with source 'Supply Chain Financial Flow Orchestration'.
