Goal

On : 11.13.20.01.0 version, Service Request

Pending Workers not listed on Affected Party field from SR

Created a new pending worker and can see this user on the Pending Worker located on New Person dashboard.

From create an SR, attempting to add this user in the Affected Party field but user is not listed.

Should Pending Workers who have a future hire date show in the Affected Party field?
