Goal

Customer defined the calendar value in "SVC_DEFAULT_CRM_CALENDAR" AND "SVC_DEFAULT_HCM_CALENDAR", however the the Calendar selection list is blank for Create Action Plan Template.
What is the problem and how the calendar can be made visible in Action plan?
