Bulk Plan ID is Not Visible in The Shipment that is Planned

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When viewing shipments, the Bulk plan ID is not visible in the shipment.
Also, when doing a Bulk Plan on an order, the status is showing as completed but the shipments created is showing 'ZERO' in the bulk plan results.
