Symptoms
Users are trying importing maintenance assets using FBDI - and getting error messages like below.
ERROR

ORA-01400: cannot insert NULL into (???)
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Downloaded FBDI CseInstalledBaseAssetImport.xlsm from Latest version
2.Provided all the details in the FBDI.
3.Ran The Load interface ESS then Import Installed base Assets ESS.
4.Observed above Error message
