Report parameter is getting wrongly generated when using Oracle ERP custom application in data management (Doc ID 2658657.1)

Symptoms

Using Oracle ERP Custom Datasource Application, period key is used as a report parameter. The parameter START_PERIODKEY is working fine for all the
months except December. When using Dec-19 in data management import, report parameter is generated as Dec-20, when using Dec-18, it is generated as Dec-19.
