Steps

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Work Area: Setup and Maintenance
  2. Navigation:  Tasks > Search
  3. Find Manage Formats
  4. Ensure that these 2 formats are created, both referring to the LACLS_BR_EFT_SAN.rtf BI Publisher Template:
    • One named LACLS_BR_EFT_DOC_SAN (this exact format code)
    • One named differently (say format code as LACLS_BR_EFT_TED_SAN)
  5. Work Area: Setup and Maintenance
  6. Navigation:  Tasks > Search
  7. Find Manage Payment Process Profiles
  8. Ensure that these 2 Payment Process Profiles are created:
    • One referring to the LACLS_BR_EFT_DOC_SAN format
    • One referring to the other format
  9. Work Area: Payables > Payments
  10. Navigation:  Tasks > Submit Payment Process Request
  11. Create a supplier payment electronic file, choosing the Payment Process Profile that refers to the LACLS_BR_EFT_DOC_SAN format.
