AR lockbox Import to ERP cloud properties file not taking Business Unit and Lockbox names

For AR LockBox Inbound customer need to pass the Business Unit and LockBox Number in the properties file along with the .dat file. They are able to successfully import data into Oracle ERP when they pass the corresponding ERP ID's of Business Unit and LockBox Number. But the import is not working when they pass the Business Unit name and Lock Box Number in the properties file. The Import ESS job 'Process Receipts Through Lockbox' status will be retrying when they pass the Business Unit name and LockBox number. As per our project requirement would only pass the names not the ID's.

However the Import process for AR, AP and GL is working fine when they pass Business Unit name.  Customer is facing issues only with AR Lockbox.
