On: 19.4 version, Core Product Functionality

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
RF Suggesting Location to Scan even Batch lock has Prevent Putaway=Yes

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expected to have an error or warning message as Batch Lock has prevent putaway

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go To Putaway RF Screen
2. Scan the LPN

RF asks to scan Location but it shouldn't because of the Lock Code having Prevent Putaway=Yes
