When employees are completing the survey a pop up box that repeats the question is showing.
Questions are repeating when user is moving the mouse cursor near to radio button.

When employees are completing the survey should not see a pop up box that repeats the question.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. User is completing the survey
2. Questions are repeating when user is moving the mouse cursor near to radio button.

Due to this issue, users cannot avoid seeing a pop up box that repeats the question when completing the survey.
