Goal

A requirement has been defined to send sales order and transfer order lines to WMS system using the Create Outbound Shipment Request. Information regarding Cancelled Sales Order or Transfer Order Lines should also be sent WMS. The Create Outbound Shipment Request is not sending information for cancelled lines.
