Symptoms

Agent with no restrictions on Agent Events are created and saved with errors but are not getting triggered.


Steps:
- Create an Agent Type ORDER BASE LINE with Agent Event ORDER BASE LINE - MODIFIED with no restriction (NONE)
- Modify any Order Base Line but the Agent is not getting triggered.
