Budget Import ADFDi sheet is showing wrong segment name
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Budget Import ADFDi sheet should show correct segment name
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Fusion Application
2. Navigate to Budgetary Control > Task :Enter Budgets in Spreadsheet
3. Download spreadsheet from "Create Budgets in Spreadsheet" and select XXXXX . XX_SEGMENT in spreadsheet appears correctly.
4. Download spreadsheet from "Create Budgets in Spreadsheet" and select YYYYYY. XX_SEGMENT still appears in spreadsheet. It should be YY_SEGMENT.
