Symptoms

When attempting to add a new GTM Transaction Line to a GTM Transaction that was created through integration, the following error occurs.

 



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

01. Create a GTM Transaction with few Lines via integration as follows for example.

GtmTransactionXid = GT

GtmTransactionLineXid = GT-0001

GtmTransactionLineXid = GT-0002

02. Then try to add a new Transaction Line via the UI and leave the Transaction Line ID empty.

03. Error

Cannot add the GTM_TRANSACTION_LINE_T record. GTM_TRANSACTION_LINE_GID must be unique
