Manager Name not populating for Future Dated Hires in Workforce Management - Assignment Event RT (Doc ID 2660295.1)

Symptoms

Prior to 20A, user was able to get the Manager Name from the Worker folder in the "Workforce Management - Assignment Event Real Time" subject area for all hires (future or previous).
After the update, user reported that the Manager Name field was no longer populating for future dated hires.
