Goal

User created an new item and added it to Change Order under 'Affected Objects' by searching for item

When user clicks 'Apply', item is added; when he clicks 'Apply and Close' to close the screen, the message 'Item <name of item> is already assigned to a pending change order. Do you want to continue adding it to this change order?' appears.

Steps to Reproduce:

Create new item in PD
Create new CO
Add new item to CO under Affected Objects by searching for the item in 'Select and Add: Items'
