Symptoms

After loading an updated <app>DashboardSettings.json file through OAT task Manage JSON files, and running the OAT task Schedule Dashboard Build, some Dashboard profiles are not showing in the Dashboard Profile drop down list.   Additionally, the edge.log shows the following errors.
