Currently NIR and CO are editable in the Edit CO Overview page during Open and Draft status even if edit access is not provided.

User has custom role having view access to NIR and CO but still during draft status overview page is editable.

User has given only the following functional privileges to the role. Monitor Item Batch Summary, Monitor Item Dashboard, Monitor Item Summary, Monitor Item Work Area,
View Item, View Item Organization Association, Monitor Item Change Order Summary, View Item Change Order, Monitor New Item Request Summary, and View New Item Request.

How to make the Change Order overview non editable in Open and Draft Status?
