19D/20A: Collections Performance Issue OR It Completes In Error: ORA-01652: unable to extend temp segment by 128 in tablespace FUSION_TEMP (Doc ID 2660789.1)

Symptoms

Issue occurs after applying of the following CWB

20A : 02/21 Cumulative Weekly Bundle
19D : 02/28 Cumulative Weekly Bundle

 

After applying above CWB, Collections takes very long time OR it completes in following error in the ESS request "Pull Entity" for the entity BOM_COMPONENTS:
ORA-01652: unable to extend temp segment by 128 in tablespace FUSION_TEMP


ERROR Details from ESS Log file:

Is Attribute Based Planning Enabled = 2
The Extract Oracle Fusion Entity process started for entity BOM_COMPONENTS with refresh number 664494.

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Select the required entities
2. Opt-in the Items/Items Structures/Work Definitions under the reference data.
3. Run the Collections in the Target mode.
4. ESS job will end in an error status
