Wrong Withholding Tax Calculation On PPR After 19D (Doc ID 2661349.1)

Goal


Issue was etected on withholding tax calculation at payment time after upgrade to 19D and ZX_OPTIN_WHT_PAY_AMY profile was enabled.

Submit PPR and for one supplier we detected issues on withholding tax calculation. In Argentina, WHT is calculated at payment time based on withholding tax monthly buckets.

Supplier had first period payment on jan-10 and WHT calculation was correct. Now, second payment is showing issues on calculated WHT (a 1.44% rate is applied insted of the correct one of 2%).
