Symptoms

User receives an error message when attempting to view the Document History from the requisition screen.
The error message pops up when the user selects "Actions > View Document History" and then selects the hyperlinked "Submit requisition".

Action details are not available because the approval process is being prepared. Try again later.

 

Steps to Reproduce

1.
- Procurement > Purchase Requisitions
- Task : Manage Requisitions
- In Search Results, select a row with Requisition
- In Search Results, for selected row click Actions > View Doc history
Get error

2.
- Procurement > Purchase Requisitions
- Task : Manage Requisitions
- In Search Results, Click on Requisition to open the record
- In Requisition, click Actions > View Doc history
Get error
