On Unifier : Any Version

The Project/Shell's Mailbox is not receiving e-mail items from external users.

The external user has the address for the Project/Shell's, and they send an e-mail item, but the item it not found in the Mailbox's Inbox.

The project Mailbox is an internal Unifier email feature that allows Unifier project team members to communicate with each other and maintain a record of the communications. The project Mailbox interface is similar in functionality to common email programs such as Microsoft Outlook. The project Mailbox supports file attachments and emails can be sent between project team members and to external email addresses.
