On : 11.13.20.01.0 version, Journals and Intercompany

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Bell notification does not have link to journal attachment

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Bell notification should provide link to journal attachment

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a Journal and send for approval.
2. Log in as the approver.
3. Open the notification from the bell icon.
4. Notification screen opens but not able to see the link to Journal attachment from the approval notification screen.
