Symptoms

For an enterprise structure related setup task, users are not able to access the tasks like Manage Locations, Manage Inventory Organization and Manage Business Units. User receive an error message as below:

An error occurred while invoking task Manage Locations. Review the FunctionalSetupServer logs for more details on this error. Contact your help desk..

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Maintenance and setup
2. Trying to access few tasks such as Manage Locations, Manage Inventory Organization, Manage Business Units
3. Facing error message.
