Goal

How to consume project-striped inventory sitting in the warehouse without issuing it to a work order or a sales order? 

Use Case

Requirement is to issue project striped inventory to the project. When user buy inventory for projects, it is for creating fixed assets. User cannot consume the project striped inventory using a work order or a sales order. It would have to be delivered to projects for capitalization.
