Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When running createRelatedItem webservice the related item which is created is only showing in PIM and not in PD
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Related item created should show in PD.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. run createRelatedItem webservice and it is successful.
2. check for the item in PIM --> it s showing
3. check for the item in PD and it is not showing.
