Some Transmissions Fail When Sending Multiple Spot Tenders Via HTTP
When sending the spot-bid tender to multiple service providers, always one or two transmissions are getting failed

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Configured external system with "HTTP" post.
2. Map same "outxml" profile to all required service providers.
3. Select a shipment and send to a 4 or 5 service provider and check the status of the transmissions.
