Fusion Workforce Compensation - Salary Differential With Compensation Zone Not Working

On : 11.13.20.01.0 version, .Set Up Compensation Management
Customer has set up a salary differential profile with Compensation Zone.
This salary differential is attached to salary basis but they are not able to see the adjusted salary range for individuals from this compensation zone.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set up the salary differential profile with Compensation Zone and check the salary page details -> see no change on the values (customer has the comp profiles RUI enabled and is using the correct pages).
2. Run the process 'Generate Compensation Zone and Address Mapping' and see the process does not pick up any changes.
