Error message when click Change Financial Terms in a given Lease (Can be Operational or Finance)

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Steps
1.Navigate to Fixed Assets
2.Corporate Book
3.Task: Manage Leases
4.Search and Select a Lease
5.Select Change Financial Terms

 

* Gets error : The Combination ID XXX Is Not Valid
