Symptoms

Exadata cloud at customer

Customer seeing below error during login to VM node as "OPC" user - 

*** OBKUP::ERROR INFO ***
OBKUP::ERROR Cannot complete the Archivelogs Backup to Local Storage
OBKUP::ERROR RMAN errors found during backup
OBKUP::ERROR Please check the obkup /var/opt/oracle/log/ORAFK001/obkup/obkup_2020-04-14_16:26:08.098938213840.log for more information.
*** OBKUP::ERROR END ***

Customer informed that they are not using bkup_api utility to backup their database and it was not configured before dbaas tool update

Changes

 Customer recently updated dbaas tool to latest version and issue started after that
