Blank Screen When Navigating to 'Manage Expense Report' (Doc ID 2662552.1)

On Fusion version, Manage Expense Report, Users have a blank screen when navigating to 'Manage Expense Report'

A few users are having issues when trying to open "Manage expense Reports" in the expenses Auditor tool.

- When they click on the link the page fails to display any fields.
- Other options open fine such as the Manage cash advances page.

Users have a workaround to get to this page by selecting the search option and 'Advanced' while in the auditing page.

This brings them to the 'Manage Expense Reports page successfully.
These users were able to access this page link in the recent before with no issues.

Is this a bug or a missing setup?
