Symptoms
On : 11.13.20.01.0 version, Setup, Rapid Impl and Security
When attempting to click on "Enable average balances" checkbox in Specify Ledger Option,
the following error occurs.

You can't enable average balances because the accounting calendar period length exceeds 35 Days. You must select a different accounting calendar. (GL-781166)
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Fusion Application
2. Navigate to Setup and Maintenance
3. Set scope with respective ledger name
4. Open Specify Ledger Option
5. Enter all details and click on "Enable Average Balances" checkbox
