Major List Not Populating in Education under Talent Profile (Doc ID 2662909.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Search in Education MAJOR List returns no results.

Existing education does show the Major selected earlier.

In Talent Profile > Education no MAJOR returned in the MAJOR list but MINOR list is returned. This is the same Lookup Value list

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Talent Profile > Education > MAJOR List should populate.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Home > My Client Groups > Profiles > Talent Profile > [search person]
Scroll down to Education > Add new > Attempt to select Major
