Applies to:

Oracle Fusion Order Management Cloud Service - Version 11.13.20.01.0 and later

Symptoms

The FBDI Template to Import Shipments does not include Time Stamp on the Date fields.
When the Transactions are Imported the Time Stamp is set to  00:00:00  UTC on the
Shipments Interface table  NEW_DEL_INTERFACE.

This causes an Audit issue as the Transactions may show Actual Ship Date on the previous day depending on the User Local Time.
