Symptoms

Transaction dates are not populated to back date as updated in Review Dispatch List

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Supply chain execution > Work execution >Review Dispatch List
2. Search for the Work Order
3. Enter the Quantity and Click on 'Complete with Details'
4. Update the Transaction Date to back date and click on 'Save and Close'
5. Review the Transaction Date in Production History
